RETURNS

We take customer satisfaction seriously, therefore we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at glamdonutshop@outlook.com . If your return is accepted then you can send the package back to the address we provide. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*  Please notice that we are not responsible for the return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CANCEL AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel an order please contact us at glamdonutshop@outlook.com within 48 hours. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already been shipped. Re-routing packages to alternate addresses are not possible once in transit.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, customized items or gift cards.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

* Please notice that the shipping fees you paid for your orders are non-refundable.
